POSITION: MDS Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Nursing

RESPONSIBLE TO: Administrator and Director of Nursing

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assist DON in the total management, operation, and supervision of the Nursing.

  • Responsible for promoting and maintaining good interpersonal and

interdepartmental relationships and carrying out administrative procedures in conformity with BRNC policy.

  • Responsible for the communication of needs, problems and changes concerning.

visitors and volunteers whenever directed by DON or administration.

  • Assume responsibility for own self-development and professional growth in

nursing and management skills, and using those skills in relation with staff, residents, family, visitors, and the public.

  • Assist DON in assuring quality nursing care and compliance of nursing.

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
