Midwest Veterinary Supply: is seeking a mClub Customer Engagement Specialist: for our Lakeville, Minnesota location. This is a remote position that can be located in: AL, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, PA, SC, TX, and WI.

Job Summary ::
In a team environment, this position will execute the daily operations of mClub, LLC, platforms by coordinating the data communications enrollment and onboarding processes. Will field questions from customers and sales representatives as well as provide training by email, phone, and webinar. Will call out to enrolled mClub customers with programs offered to encourage them to take advantage of missed opportunities. Communicates new clinic customer access to the sales force and management, and documents system errors, user problems, and clinic feature requests. Collaborate with inside and outside sales to assess performance of enrolled practices, review goals, and maximize performance.

Essential Job Functions ::
    • Work with clinic staff, OSR’s and ISR’s to perform the mClub data communications enrollment process in a timely fashion. Document key clinic interactions using the designated system and communicate new clinic customer access to the sales force and management. Collaborate with inside and outside sales to support performance and growth of existing offerings.
    • Conduct training sessions and system demonstrations for clinics, sales staff. Answer phone calls and call out to existing customers to discuss promotions and solicit mClub services.
    • Document, effectively communicate, and work with mClub team to answer questions, and resolve clinic feature requests. Maintain filing system and coordinate mClub promotions. Track status of onboarding.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications ::
    • Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
    • Minimum of two years of customer service is required with veterinary industry experience preferred
    • Two years of experience with practice management software systems preferred
    • Sales skills a plus
    • Ability to read, write and speak English
    • Ability to also read, write and speak Spanish a plus
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
    • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred
    • AS400 and S2K Enterprise experience a plus
    • Knowledge in computer technology desired
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Ability to work with mClub team and corporate office to achieve mutual goals
    • Must be self‐motivated and able to work independently
    • Pleasant demeanor in the work environment and with customers

Work Environment ::
Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday. Working more than 40 hours per work week may be required. Some travel and weekend work may be required. This is a remote position.
