DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use voice picking device to pick orders
• Use RF scanner to pack orders
• Reads and follows customer requirements in accordance with best practices
• Prints carton labels using the available tools in accordance with customer instructions
• Works with other Team Members to stock finished goods in proper locations as required
• Releases, cancels, assigns, and un-assigns orders in warehouse software (High-Jump) as needed
• Change order pick priority based on order size, ship method and customer requirements
• Picks and Packs LTL orders and follows customer instructions and BOL requirements
• Performs web-based collection scheduling
• Communicates shipping information to carriers, forwarders, and third-parties as dictated by order comments
• Processes shipments on Manifest System with limited supervision
• Accurately completes commercial shipment documentation in accordance with the ECCO Export Compliance Manual and training
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all areas
• Understand ESG’s customer segments and specific requirements of customers within those segments

Warehouse/Production: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand. The team member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The team member is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The team member must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
