Job Description:

RW Garcia, a subsidiary of UTZ Quality foods, is looking to grow their loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Material Handler to join their team of manufacturing professionals in Las Vegas, NVon First shift.

As a Material Handler, this candidate will be primarily responsible to performs a variety of duties related to the organization, storage and movement of products and materials within a warehouse or distribution center. This position reviews customer orders or production requirements, pull products and materials from bins, and load, unload, and transfer items among trucks, facilities and freight containers utilizing material handling equipment. This job requires knowledge of warehouse organization, processes and procedures, and the ability to operate hand-trucks, forklifts, conveyors, and other equipment. This schedule will work Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply the production lines with raw materials for production in a timely manner
• Wrap finished product pallets and stage them in the appropriate lane for shipping
• Perform material verifications and inventory counts as necessary
• Pick LTL shipments for shipping and record lot numbers
• Count, verify, rotate, and put away raw materials as needed. Ensure raw materials are segregated properly (i.e., Organic kept separate from non-organic and Allergens stored properly below non-allergen items).
• Load and unload trucks as directed and apply all labels as needed
• Clean, straighten and organize the warehouse as needed, ensuring 18” white access line is kept clear around interior of building.
• Could interpret reports and order status sheet
• Restock raw materials once production is done production (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled.
• Supervise the unloading of bulk deliveries.
• Run floor cleaner and maintain warehouse and shipping and receiving areas free of debris.
• Perform any other duties as required by any Manager, Supervisor and Leads
