JOB SUMMARY
This position performs and coordinates the installation and service of electrical products and services in a residential and light commercial setting.
JOB DUTIES
Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and services
Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs
Works with and understands blueprints, electrical schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft
Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide, accurately present repair or installation options, and complete safety inspections
Managing the overall business goal on assigned territory, and provide weekly business report with general manager
Applying or coordinate with backend office obtaining city permit to complete licensed jobs
Participating, learning, and practicing company training program
Managing company customer service relationship program “SUCCESSWARE” to schedule appointment with customers, and coordinate the schedule with internal dispatcher teams
Inventory management to keep on hand inventory at maximum 20 days
Developing apprentice electrician training program
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3+ Years of Residential electrician experience
3+ year panel upgrades or rewires in residential
California C10 Electrician licensing holder (in progressing)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions
Bilingual languages English/Spanish/Mandarin is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift minimum 35 lbs.
Must be able to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation to a known disability.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
