Master Aesthetician in a busy Medical Spa. Timeless Med Spa 982 Chambers St. South Ogden, UT 84403.

Responsibilities include:

• Skin care treatments including laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, and other advanced skin care treatments
• Evaluate patient needs and expectations to determine the most appropriate skin care service and products
• Evaluate patient’s medical history, sensitivities or allergies and determine best course of action based on that
• Ensure patient experience and satisfaction during their treatment, with a focus on retention
• Educate patients on skin care treatments and products
• Communicate with management regarding patient concerns
• Punctual and consistent attendance and performance of job duties
• Knowledge and sales of skin care product lines
• Help maintain product inventory
• Assist management with marketing activities and events
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education workshops
• Work effectively with other staff, under physician supervision
• Maintain equipment, supplies and Aesthetician room’s appearance and cleanliness
• Assist with other functions, as necessary, in the office

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
• Current Utah Aesthetician license
• Excellent customer service
• Self motivated
• Organizational skills and ability to evaluate inventory
• The ability to work independently
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• Work well in a team environment
• Part-time leading to full-time availability
• Skilled and knowledgeable regarding skincare products and treatments
• Ability to analyze skin, determine skin type and identify skin conditions
• Knowledge of product and treatment contradictions and an ability to communicate that to patients
• Able to suggest and sell products based on specific patient needs

Desired Qualifications

• Previous Master Aesthetician experience, dermatology or plastic surgery setting preferred
• Laser Technician certificate in good standing
• Documentation skills in an electronic medical record system
• Experience hitting sales goals
• Knowledgeable on Hydrafacials or Diamond Glow, IPL, laser hair removal, sublative and sublime lasers, and microneedling

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: based on experience, hourly rate plus commission based on productivity
