APPLICANT NOTICE
This position as a Marketing Support Specialist begins status as “Introductory Trainee” for 60 consecutive days during which time the Brand Marketing Manager will evaluate whether the employee is suited for the position. If the employee is determined to be suitable for the job, status will then advance to"RegularEmployee"on the first of the month following the 60 day introductory period. Company benefits will then commence.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Starting hourly rate is D.O.E.
SUMMARY
· Primary duties consist of working in conjunction with the Brand Marketing Manager on day-to-day duties and special projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Team and Business Development Team
· Track and monitor Pro Staff and Sponsored Shooter annual contracts, including maintaining records of product requests and entering product orders
· Assist with tradeshow coordination and shipping of marketing materials to shows
· Liaise with merchandise and apparel vendors on new and existing orders
· Forecast and track merchandise, apparel sales and sales trends
· Maintain accuracy of merchandise and apparel inventory, including reorder points
· Assist with social media content creation when necessary
· Execute No Charge product orders
· Organize shipment of promotional marketing materials to rep groups
· Assist with event coordination, i.e. Annual Sales Meeting, Company Christmas Party, Range Days, etc.
· Contribute ideas and insights as they pertain to brand marketing
· Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
An Associates Degree in business/marketing preferred or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Knowledge of and passion for hunting/shooting sports industry is a bonus

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
