JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to assist in branding the company and creating sales leads. He / She will expand opportunities through customized tactics to include emails, direct mail, social media, etc., creating lead generation tools that are on brand to elevate the image of Wittenbach regionally and nationally. In addition to lead generation and CRM management, this individual will own a range of Marketing responsibilities to include developing presentation templates, capturing photography, video, success stories, and overhauling sales proposal templates.
This is a hybrid position that reports to our Sparks, MD office.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, or related field and/or related
experience.
Experience: 3-5 years business experience with demonstrated successful track record
Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) required. Salesforce, Adobe products, WordPress, Social Media platforms, and HubSpot preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Create and maintain graphics and video library
o Create and maintain case studies and testimonials to leverage brand image
o Video creation
o Website maintenance
o Email campaign development
o Social Media creation and execution
o Reporting analytics
o Create brochures, flyers and other printed marketing materials
o Create PowerPoint Presentations
o Trade Show management
o Purchase, inventory and maintain corporate image merchandise
o Other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL-MENTAL FUNCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Able to properly lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, up to 5 pounds frequently. The highest point of any lift - overhead; the lowest point of any lift - the floor
- Able to move up to 25 pounds occasionally, up to 5 pounds frequently
- Able to sit and/or stand 2 hours continuously, up to 8 hours per day. Able to remain on feet for 1 hour consistently
- Must be able to manipulate small objects with close eye-hand and arm-hand coordination for entire shift
- Able to perform motor skills such as grasping, finger manipulation, pinching, bending, reaching out, twisting, turning, reaching up, wrist turning/torquing for 2 hours continuously
- Able to see objects closely, discriminate colors, perceive depth continuously
- Able to remember multiple tasks / assignments given to self and others over long periods of time continuously
- Able to effectively communicate with customer base of internal and external customers, both orally and in writing
