Marketing Specialist

On-site 5767 Thunderbird Road, Indianapolis, IN 46236

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals
• Create marketing graphics for product brochures, magazine advertisements, business cards, social media accounts, trade show booth and company websites
• Create marketing strategies
• CRM Management (HubSpot admin), work with Sales and Customer Service teams to meet their needs
• Create and send out email campaigns, design landing pages, create custom reports to show
• ROI of marketing efforts
• Plan and schedule all content for Vesta social media accounts
• Trade Show coordinator: work with show venues to order electricity, carpet, and furniture
• Track trade show expenses and report to President
• Work with trade show venue marketing teams (different for each show) for marketing opportunities and booth contracts for the next year
• Handle Trade Show marketing aids (displays, banners, giveaways)
• Website management for both Vesta an E-Commerce
• Order business cards and marketing materials
• Complete cGMP and SOP Training – refer to Training Matrix for complete list of SOP training required for Marketing Coordinator, Sales/Customer Service
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or closely related field in business administration
• Marketing Experience (3 years)
• HubSpot
• Trade Show Experience
• Experience working in food manufacturing or familiarity with FDA and cGMP is a plus
• Detail oriented and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Adequate experience as a coordinator in a business environment required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in technology and general office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
