As the Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the full in-house eCommerce & Search team and partner with media agencies and brand teams to execute Search plans and budget pacing with excellence
- Be essential in the day-to-day tactical management of brands’ Search plans
- Manage daily campaign optimizations and budget pacing
- Maintain standardized reporting and present data on a regular basis to be shared with internal and external business partners
- Lead proof of performance and stewardship for media activities
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for driven individuals with a bias for action who:
- Collaborate and are comfortable working as part of a team and on individual projects
- Has some experience in a Search Engine Marketing or related roles
- Has some experience with bid/ad management platforms (Criteo, AmazonUI, SA360)
- Apply critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Are self-assured and composed to drive influence with more senior individuals across the business
- Possess extreme agility managing multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities, balancing short and long term needs and implications.
- Communicate effectively and leverage verbal and visual communication to drive action.
- Operate with Discipline with relentless attention to Detail and Strong Project Management Skills
Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Search and/or eRetail search management
- Experience using data to identify business-building insights and turning them into a solution or process
- Ability to synthesize information, derive insights, and communicate them in engaging, easy-to-understand ways
- Experience in a hands-on search, performance marketing background
Starting Salary Range: $61,500 – $85,300
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total Rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
