Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing and sales department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as digital marketing, event planning, social media, and content creation (forms, marketing collateral, and graphic design). The Specialist will use their impeccable business and marketing leadership to implement tactics to drive brand awareness and support business growth and patient referrals.

  • Prepare and edit a range of marketing pieces and internal documents including forms, printed collateral, email blasts, and social media content
  • Coordinates creation, ordering, printing and distribution of marketing materials
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook)
  • Assist with website content updates and edits
  • Gather materials for presentations, including proposals, slide decks, and videos
  • Organize and execute events including venue selection, catering, and sponsorship
  • Coordinates e-newsletter distribution and develops content for patient testimonial, internal company announcements videos and external promotional videos
  • Assist other departments within organization to prepare collateral, printed swag, and other promotional elements, as needed
  • Enforce brand/graphic standards to ensure a consistent brand identity within the market
  • Maintains relationships with industry contacts and key strategic partners, including digital marketing agency, printing vendor and video vendors
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager with select project budgets, invoicing and payments as needed
  • Special projects as assigned by Senior Marketing Manager

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or content creation role (experience in healthcare a plus)
  • Knowledge of available social media tools and platforms
  • Strong computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn internal database programs
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills with friendly, outgoing disposition

Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of normal work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require occasional evening/weekend hours. Minimal travel required.
