The Marketing Representative will create and distribute positive branding messages and contribute to the overall success of the marketing campaigns.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding messages.
• Ensure the website is up-to-date and reflects the brand voice and messaging.
• Managing the social media accounts and creating engaging content to identify target customers and markets.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches and presentations.
• Collect and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
• Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
• Forecasts and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance: prepares and presents reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis.
• Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you will be representing the company to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Graphic design and/or video editing experience.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Desktop publishing experience preferred
• Website editing experience (Shopify, WordPress) preferred.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time to attend marketing events.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required.
• One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field
• Proficient in print design, branding development.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 25 pound at a time.
