The US West Health PMO Marketing Project Coordinator will manage the overall marketing communication plan that integrates strategic firm messaging with West Health marketing objectives for internal and external priorities. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn breadth of the US Health marketing scope while delivering content that aligns colleagues and clients.
This role will support and coordinate prioritized marketing projects for internal and external use, ensuring outcomes are delivered with a high level of quality and consistency.

We will count on you to:
Coordinate with Marketing Leads and Business Leads on key marketing deliverables for US West Health
Coordinate with PMO Leader to ensure prioritization of work
Develop and manage a detailed US West Health Marketing Communications Plan including message purpose, delivery channel and timing of key Marketing deliverables
Facilitate/create content and cycles of peer review to meet deadlines and objectives
Report on Marketing messages delivered and metrics/reaction/results when available
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support prioritized projects with large Marketing objectives; this may involve content creation or may involve tracking delegated deliverables across key stakeholders
Develop an awareness of the organizational structure and regional structure in order to best support cascading messages
Develop an awareness of the health & benefits vendor marketplace, plan designs, health & benefits care cost factors, and the proposal, renewal, and implementation processes for benefit programs as it pertains to Marketing objectives
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills with an understanding of marketing message framework
High level of organizational skills to plan and track work
Self-motivated to build and drive the work plan
Proficiency using Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
High level of competency in MS PowerPoint
Ability to manage documents in MS Teams for ease of collaboration
Capacity to multitask, manage competing priorities with strong time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Creative problem-solving abilities
Intellectual curiosity to make connections across strategic themes and business impacts
Strong people skills to work with senior leaders and matrixed internal contacts
What makes you stand out:
Prior Marketing experience with an understanding of differences between internal and client facing content
Prior work experience in the Employee Health and Benefits industry is a plus

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,600 to $125,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
