We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive marketing, audience development, customer insights and collaborate with dynamic event teams. This position is focused on the end-to-end marketing journey – working closely with marketing leadership to identify, grow and engage target audiences; develop and report on marketing plans and use data and customer insights to adjust, improve and deliver; partner with leadership, sales, customer support and industry partners to create an exceptional experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll be required to wear multiple hats as a strong project manager who can stay organized and prioritize tasks working on multiple tradeshow events.

How you'll make an impact:
General
- Support the end-to-end marketing process from concept to execution to completion for multiple events covering distinct industries.
- Develop and deliver on all marketing strategies across your assigned events
- Work with marketing leadership to assist in maintaining and executing marketing strategies to meet agreed company and event objectives
- Help to collect and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement marketing plan alterations as needed
- Manage, lead and develop teams of marketing coordinators supporting your brand to execute all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Form strong partnerships and collaborate with event team leaders and other central support teams to reach goals, find solutions and understand customer needs.
Brand
- Lead as a brand champion for your events, developing and delivering a fully integrated strategy, understanding customer needs and event/brand strategy
- Develop, execute and track audience acquisition strategies for attendee and exhibitor prospects leads
- Work closely with marketing leadership to develop then manage and execute brand strategies that support the visitor and sales efforts, meet the attendance and revenue goals
Marketing
- Develop and works closely with marketing coordinators to execute on day-to-day marketing contact and content plans
- Develop, oversee and manage event registration including vendor relationship, tracking and on-site experience
- Strong focus on marketing operations to support audience development and customer journey. Building and maintaining tools, tactics and strategies to nurture both attendee and sponsor leads, engaging audiences throughout end-to-end experience.
- Interpret and analyze marketing data and develop recommended strategies and tactics that are supported by analytics across multi-channel campaigns
- Develop and deliver the social strategy and execution of direct programs to improve conversions, social media reputation, and recognition
- Work closely with the sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations, and deliver lead generation
- Work closely with the conference team to create marketing materials and programs
- Work closely with sales support team to deliver timely and relevant messaging to enhance the customer experience for sponsors and exhibitors
- Further existing and forge new relationships with industry partners, publications, and media to provide industry insight and share event information
- Promote timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
The skills & experience you'll need:
- 3+ years experience in marketing
- Email campaigns and digital marketing automation platforms
- Copywriting
- Communication and project management
- MS Office
- Experience in trade show events a plus
