Marketing Manager [Berman Skin Institute]
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the operation and optimization of Berman Skin Institute’s marketing programs. Candidate will sit in our Santa Clara Office.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operation and optimization of direct-response marketing program across paid social, search, retargeting, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
- Implement and support marketing initiatives using project management systems; this includes printed collateral, digital marketing, social media, website promotions, guest communications, etc.
- Prepare and manage email blast campaigns [utilizing Active Campaign]
- Manage social media campaigns and consistency of posts.
- Create short media content for website, local listings and Google My Business listings.
- Assist administration with the launch of specific monthly cosmetic campaigns.
Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of graphic design principles; layout, composition, using Adobe Suite.
- Ability to edit templates on Mailchimp.
- Some essential copywriting skills to produce website blog posts.
- Knowledge and ability to use Google Analytics.
- Data analysis through Office Excel.
- Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with focus on Digital Marketing.
