Summary:

Trimark Properties seeks a Marketing Generalist to join our company. We are seeking an experienced, versatile and high energy team member with strong marketing, content, social media, photography, and videography skills to increase the visibility of our properties online. The successful candidate will have a passion for marketing, and is eager to develop a strong foundation in SEO driven content marketing. You’ll work on email outreach campaigns, set advertising targets, ensure we hit our goals and work with an outstanding team. Essential Functions:

  • Creates and publishes high quality digital content across multiple channels: YouTube, company websites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, Snapchat, Mailchimp, and occasionally for print production (brochure, signage, etc.).
  • Plans and executes all web marketing, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, print marketing, and ad buying campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence; focuses on social media strategy that converts to sales.
  • Excellent SEO understanding and ability.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Superb time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert eye for design and image/brand compatibility.
  • Proficient in: Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Social Media apps.
  • Measures and reports performance of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorms and implements new and creative growth strategies through marketing.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Three to five years of SEO/ Social Media Management experience.
  • Videography Equipment.
  • Portfolio of relevant previous projects required. Please provide a link with resume.
