Marketing Event Coordinator I Job at Gonzaba Medical Group
Work collaboratively with GMG Marketing team members to support the growth of patient prospects and Managed Care enrollments
Coordinate community events which include, but are not limited to:
- Schedules events as directed
- Confirms venue location, including securing payment and/or contract
- Finalizing event venue layout
- Event setup to include supplies and decorations
Manage and oversee events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors, and managing take-down.
Communicates with external vendors and community partners on event collaboration and availability.
Attentive to the value of staying under budget while planning event specifications.
Anticipating and planning for possible different event scenarios to ensure successful outcomes.
Work closely with the Marketing team to support such activities as, but not limited to general office duties, printing, scanning, cutting, answering phones, data entry, etc
Work closely with the Marketing team to support the distribution of fliers, mail pieces, posters, and all marketing/promotional activities.
