Job duties include:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and strategic plans for all new product and campaign launches. Manage and lead the portfolio innovation process, monitoring market trends and establishing goals for market and class of trade positioning. Build media and PR strategies for all portfolio brands and manage execution against marketing budgets. Collaborate across functional departments (including sales, production, accounting, and compliance) and third-party agencies (including PR and media) to develop successful products and marketing campaigns. Create brand standards and marketing tools for Brand Managers and oversee brand management to ensure maintenance and growth.
Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent as determined by a qualified credentials evaluation service, and at least two years of professional experience working in strategic planning within the marketing industry. Must have at least two years of experience performing consumer research to inform actionable marketing plans, building marketing and sales assets from scratch, and designing traditional as well as digital marketing campaigns to support strategic goals. Must have at least two years of experience developing market positioning for lifestyle brands, planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns for multiple simultaneous projects, and evaluating campaign performance using quantitative methods. Must have at least two years of experience analyzing marketing metrics and developing reports to assess strategic performance and inform marketing and product innovation strategies. Must have at least two years of experience creating sales tools and storylines to support the sales process. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, and WordPress.
