SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating a wide variety of marketing-related activities including collateral development and organization, assisting with samples and kit mailings, managing label refresh projects, supporting field sales’ requests, and tracking all brand-related couponing activity. Additionally, responsible for interaction with Quality, Marketing Engagement and other cross-functional groups responsible for developing and approving all marketing-related materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for management and accurate execution of product labels including forecasting, proofing, approval routing, accurate printing and ongoing regulatory compliance. Works directing with Purchasing to identify the best printers and label substrates.
- Works directly with brand team, QA, purchasing, IT, marketing engagement, finance and other departments to communicate, update and deliver all required labeling information as well as brand marketing collateral.
- Provides support to brand team on various projects including, but not limited to, the development of merchandising solutions, sample programs, packaging, sales analysis, forecasting, project management and creative materials.
- Assists with the development and execution of customer-specific requests from the sales team.
- Manages and tracks all brand-related coupon activities including creating coupon codes, setting up offers, revising and printing inserts, tracking redemptions, etc.
- Keeps informed of industry and competitive trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field; and 2 to 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics.
QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Ability to comprehend complex data including sales reports and financial statements. Ability to use a computer to create highly customized spreadsheets, charts, reports and presentations. Ability to understand and interpret data.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and creative skills.
- Must be highly detail and results oriented.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as ability and desire to learn new job-related programs.
