Marker Learning is on a mission to make learning disability (e.g. dyslexia) assessments and diagnosis easier and more affordable for schools and parents. By leveraging proprietary technology developed by leading experts at Johns Hopkins, the end-to-end evaluation is completed in half the time and at 1/10th the cost of typical in person evaluations. The Role:
As Marker's Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a founding member of our marketing team and a key player in building awareness of Marker's brand. You'll support creative campaign development and execution across different channels. You'll collaborate with our Sales, Clinical, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth communication for clients throughout their Marker experience. And you'll lead everyday operations, including agency management and optimization of current workflows. What you'll do:
- Assist in day-to-day execution of Marker's marketing program across channels (blog content, video, print, lifecycle, web, paid and organic marketing, PR)
- Liaise with Marker clients to collect feedback and create content around their experience
- Conduct partner outreach to unlock new brand and customer acquisition opportunities
- Own project timelines and deliverables, holding agency partners and internal team members accountable toward quarterly milestones
- Build systems to track our marketing experiments, analyzing performance, investment and impact
- Help develop our internal employer brand to assist with hiring efforts
Qualities of the ideal candidate:
- Motivated by Marker Learning's mission to provide affordable and accessible psychoeducational evaluations to all students who need it
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or project management role
- Strong creative instincts with an eye for design and passion for storytelling
- Excited by helping develop structure around something new, and optimizing processes that already exist
- Highly organized, with an innate ability to juggle many things at once
- Willingness to get into the weeds, be scrappy, and always be a team player
Salary & benefits:
- Salary range: $58,000 - $80,000
- Unlimited PTO
