We have an exciting opportunity for and experienced Marketing Communication Specialist to join our Health and Benefits Marketing team. The Marketing Communication's Specialist will manage moderately complex or complex projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.

MARKETING COMMINUCATION SPECIALIST

What can you expect?

  • Develops and maintains detailed, robust, high-quality risk plan and project plan including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies, etc., keeping plans updated through the project lifecycle
  • Interacts and maintains ongoing communication at the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the stakeholders, and ensures everyone on the communications team understands their roles and responsibility
  • Negotiates resource requirements with Midmarket Communications Leader when faced with conflicts in priorities
  • Undertakes regular work streams and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified from the meetings
  • Participates in the assignment of work to designers, writers, contractors and fellow project managers ensuring adherence to departmental standards and procedures
  • Coordination with outside vendors to ensure the timely execution of all print and/or translation services to meet and/or exceed the clients’ expectations.
  • Reviews project proposals and validates project requirements, and provides recommended changes to proposal, as appropriate
  • Support implementation of clients ensuring key activities are completed and internal / external parties are aligned

We will count on you to:

  • Assist in the development of document solutions for various operational tasks, establishing best practices; standards, methods, tools, templates for project management, execution and reporting
  • Responsible for process execution and ensuring all standard procedures and controls are being followed
  • Consultation with core communication team on the client specific communication plan
  • Assist in the development and creation of project specific timelines and on-time execution of all deliverables
  • Participant in meetings with consultants and clients to define what deliverables are needed; serving as a liaison between when needed

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing and project management
  • Experience in employee benefits business and solutions highly desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
