We are looking for an energetic Social Media Specialist to help our business with increased consumer awareness, engagement, acquisition & growth. This includes managing all our Social Media platforms and advising on best practices on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, & other social media channels. Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and engagement across our socials, with a special focus on Instagram and Facebook, by assisting with social strategy, planning, and execution.

  • Research audience preferences and is up to date with current social media trends.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day social publishing calendar by sourcing content.

  • Assist with branded photo shoots and content creation.

  • Create dynamic content and develop social strategies to help attract high-volume traffic and convert that traffic into sales.

  • Finding leads through interaction with other companies using social media and generating additional sales through those channels.

  • Help develop the social marketing approach for upcoming product features and brand campaigns.

  • Pitch new content ideas and partnerships.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across channels and provide recommendations.

  • Source and maintain relationships with social influencers.

Qualifications

1+ years professional experience in social media marketing campaigns with experience in various social media platforms.

  • High School Diploma/GED required.

  • Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics.

  • Familiar with social media management tools.

  • Understanding of relevant metrics for tracking ROI on social media.

  • Hands-on experience in successful building a brand through social media.

  • Experience with increasing followers by the thousands over a few months of time.

  • Personality that can create engagement with the audience through shorts.

  • Have an existing network of brand ambassadors and influencers.

  • Knowledge of contracts and rates on collaborations with ambassadors and influencers.

  • A deep knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms.

  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.

  • Experience with creating viral Instagram content.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suites, namely Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Have a network of content creators.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build personal relationships with our customers and interact with all employee levels to build positive/effective partnerships in a fast-paced, changing environment.
