Admin / Promotions Assistant

We're looking for a multi-faceted candidate with impressive storytelling capabilities, who also has a pulse on current social media video trends-especially YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The candidate should have a basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro and basic working knowledge of After Effects, Apple Motion, and DaVinci Resolve.

The Marketing Assistants will provide support to the Marketing Team in the planning and execution of specific assigned projects. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager, as well as volunteers, to ensure that the implementation and conclusion of each assigned project is consistent with GHSON strategies, commitments, and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, video conferences, video recording and calls
  • Facilitate on-site meetings, greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and directing them to appropriate area
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, screen and route calls as necessary
  • Note-taking in creative brainstorms and project meetings
  • Maintaining and updating the Marketing task-list
  • Creative marketing research across all creative projects as directed by the Administrator Marketing, from compiling visual inspiration boards and talent bios to script-reading, analysis and summary
  • Handle internal confidential information
  • Create Keynote presentation decks for various in-world creative and marketing projects
  • Handle and track sensitive information and project assets
  • Process expense reports and submit invoices
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed

· Develops ideas and writes original content for mass e-mail campaigns

· Creates and Synchronizes e-mail campaigns and adds training emails to CRM

· Creates and follows up on price proposals for potential training companies

· Coordinates the printing, assembly, shipment of all training materials

· Set up software demos via Zoom calls to potential customers

Qualifications*
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Must show the ability to work under a team management approach. Must be willing to work any shift, holidays and weekends.

Education and/or Experience*
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Must have basic computer aptitude and excellent customer service skills.

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and external customers.

Reasoning Ability*
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.90 - $17.00 per hour
