We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to the corporate marketing and communications team in Hanover, MD.
- Assist with trade shows and conferences including registrations and exhibits, sponsorships, receptions, booth inventory coordination, shipping, and materials handling
- Maintain digital assets including photos, case histories, articles, and technical papers
- Assist with social media, press releases, internal communications, and specialty calendar
- Plan and assist with meetings, seminars, and events
- Maintain contacts database and assist with email campaigns
- Maintain professional society memberships and industry subscriptions
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred- 0 – 1 year experience/internship experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Skilled in time management with the ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift and maneuver tradeshow booths and materials for shipment
- Must be a team player
- Strong MS Office skills, in particular: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
