Marketing Analyst(s) Job at Tiburon Strategic Advisors
The ideal candidate(s) will be dedicated and responsive team players who can support current marketing activities. This role can be part- or full-time. Office is located in downtown Tiburon, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones, greet guests, check voicemails, and respond to clients’ needs
- Assist in managing the firm’s contacts database in Salesforce
- Participate in inbound and outbound service & sales efforts (including preparing managing partner for calls)
- Assist with other marketing projects as necessary, including numerous steps related to semi-annual Tiburon CEO Summits
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills; ability to manage oneself in a fast-paced working environment and meet multiple deadlines with limited supervision
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
- Experience in professional services firm (e.g., management consulting firm, private equity firm) and experience with Salesforce is a plus
Compensation:
- New Marketing Analysts will start at $20 per hour
- All Marketing Analysts paid additional amounts for overtime hours
