Responsibilities Include:

• Studying market trends, technology progression, and building competitive intelligence
• Formulating plans and presenting to senior management
• Gathering and analyzing data using both modern and traditional methods
• Using, maintaining and expanding the capabilities of our company’s CRM
• Championing our mission to provide the best customer experience in the industry
• Effective use of social media to engage customers and end users

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
• Experience in a manufacturing company
• Previous experience in a market research or similar role
• Skilled in building measurement tools to collect data
• Experience with competitive analysis and exploring markets for potential new offerings
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or drive systems a plus
