R. H. Foster Energy LLC is seeking a Market Manager to oversee a growing Energy Services market in Lincoln, Maine. The Market Manager exercises responsibility for the overall administration and efficient daily operation of the assigned Energy Services branch in accordance with R. H. Foster Energy’s goals, objectives, and strategic plans.

Responsibilities
- Set company goals
- Hiring and training
- Compliance to safety regulations
- Ensure employees acquire necessary certifications
- Meet with company managers to discuss different strategies
- Help to develop budgets
- Inventory control
- Service P&L statement
- Implement Company goals
- Provide day to day supervision to drivers
- Monitor productivity, customer service, adherence to procedures and safety rules
- Conduct monthly safety meetings
- Ensure drivers have equipment & training to safely perform their jobs
- Recruit, train, & manage performance of all drivers
- Ensure highest productivity is being achieved at lowest cost
- Resolve any customer issues that are related to delivery
- Ensure spills or damages are quickly resolved to customer satisfactions as per company policies and procedures
- Review daily delivery reports and any forecasting reports

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class C Driver’s License, supervisory Certification in drug and alcohol education, Hazmat 126
