We are looking for a person with a unique set of talents to leverage your “Genius” in driving the tech training, utilization and support to our brokerage (Market Center) Leadership and Associates.
This unique opportunity will allow you to learn about and embrace the Keller Williams ecosystem and culture to grow an amazing career and opportunity for success. As our Market Center Tech Trainer, you will support the Leadership in recruiting and training top agents through sharing the value proposition of KW Technology and its utilization, as well as on-going retaining of top agents by training and engaging them in our technology. You will be the “go to” person for all tech related functions and are responsible for first-level technical support to the associates in the market center.
We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and training in their background. At times you will be a problem solver, a business consultant, and coach. You are someone who is highly assertive, passionate, and a people-oriented individual who operates with urgency.
You must have exceptional communication/presentation and teaching skills and naturally connects with others. You will understand technology in general, and able to adapt quickly to our tech-stack and become the SME. You should have some understanding of social media platforms and marketing and a plus if you have a grasp of on-line lead generation. It would be great if you have a strong handle on our competitors’ technology. You should quickly be able to understand and articulate the unique value proposition of Keller Williams’ technology and be able to effectively communicate the opportunity to any business owner.
You will naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system in their dealings with others. (a quick google search will reveal what it is) You are a learning-based leader who embraces success through others.
What will you do?
- Train the Market Center on KW Technology
- Facilitate Tech Assessments with Team Leader
- Onboard associates into our brokerage and the technology
- Tier 1 technical support for the market center
You will also…
- Review Vital Signs – understand MC tech/command gaps – identify opportunities to build education and training calendar to support market centers based on gaps
- Evaluate support requests – build education and training to support FAQs
- Train associates leveraging multiple delivery methods – evaluate training engagement based on tech adoption metric
- Leverage our Tech Committee to help facilitate and deliver tech training
- Learn, understand, study, and effectively communicate all real estate technology – become an expert in Keller Cloud Technology
- Leverage information on tech competitors to show recruits/agents value proposition of KW technology and to support KWRI in future iterations of technology
- Attend weekly calls with KWRI to learn new tech initiatives, build new information into MC tech training calendar, and communicate gaps/challenges with Regional Tech Trainer
- Know, understand, communicate, and route escalation points for associate tech support
- Respond to support inquiries within 1 business day
- Communicate tech updates on MC Calls and meetings
- Attend all Regional Tech Trainer led meetings and calls
Communication/Engagement
- Weekly tech update meeting on updated tech initiatives
- Quarterly tech training for ALCs
- Facilitate Market Center training 3 times per week at minimum
- Weekly update to MC Leadership on known bugs, issues, developments, and agent feedback
- Weekly update to associates re: tech updates via social media and/or email (or other communication medium)
- Actively Develop and Engage with Market Center Social Media Presence
- Weekly regional tech calls
- Monthly regional tech training masterminds
- Weekly communication on “wins” to MC Leadership re: tech engagement

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
