• Support monthly close process.
• Review and prepare journal entries as needed.
• Reconcile and review balance sheet accounts to ensure general ledger reliability.
• Calculate/maintain accruals not limited to accruals related to payroll, un-invoiced expenses, and inventory.
• Support cycle counting and annual physical inventory counts.
• Quarterly reporting to the parent company.
• Monthly expense flux analysis.
• Annual budget preparation.
• Assist in CapEx tracking and forecasting.
• Assist in the development of internal controls.
• Process credit memos.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as advised, including supporting special projects.
• Some travel to other BU sites.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ Years' Past Experience in Manufacturing is Required.
• Advanced knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance testing and internal auditing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organization skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills and ability to prioritize and work within desired project timelines.
• Strong ethics and a collaborative team member.
• Able to withstand stress and flexible with working extended hours and weekends during closing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation skills, reporting skills, and computer skills are required.
