BBSI is currently recruiting Radiographers for our manufacturing client in the SE Portland/Milwaukie area.

Radiographers evaluate castings using radiographs to ensure product meets specifications. Every day, radiographers impact the organization's success by confirming product quality through tasks such as:

• Accurately setting up castings for radiography
• Operating x-ray machines to produce radiographs
• Logging and recording modifications on Technique Cards
• Training and mentoring less skilled radiographers as needed
• Meeting all production and quality standards

On-the-job training is provided, though experience in radiography is needed.

We are seeking driven, dedicated, and hard working individuals who are passionate about radiography and are looking to advance their career in a manufacturing setting. Specifically, we are looking for experience and skills such as:

• At least one year of experience in radiography; OR
• Equivalent combination of classroom learning and work experience
• High school diploma
• Ability to perform basic math, and to read, interpret, and follow Technique Cards or other technical specifications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
