The Opportunity:
NWR is a manufacturer of innovative rubber flooring solutions. We are a dynamic & growing company looking for a skilled Manufacturing Mechanic / Technician to join our team to assist in all plant and building maintenance and repair.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing a work order schedule in cooperation with departments and the Maintenance/ Production Supervisors/ Maintenance Manager.
- Assist with tooling changeover and machine start-up as required.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Company Joint Health & Safety Programs, and Good Manufacturing Practices
Required Experience and Education:
Manufacturing Mechanic / Technician with minimum 5 years experience
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong decision making, problem solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, procedural manual drafting & PH Meters
- Expert proficiency in the mechanical operation or hydraulic power units.
- Demonstrated ability to priorities workload and effectively meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour
