Seeking a highly qualified professional to join the team as a Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Process and Quality improvement
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree, a plus NOT required
• High-energy level and strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience organizing manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production, Engineering and Purchasing Departments to determine resources required for manufacturing/production needs.
• Assist with production scheduling.
• Implementation of accurate manufacturing time studies to calculate production scheduling and equipment manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate in identifying personnel requirements to support production needs.
• Provide guidance in correcting deficiencies.
• Work with all departments to create efficient equipment designs and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality assurance program for all aspects of our manufacturing operations.
• Ensure inter-departmental cooperation and conduct regular meetings with applicable plant personnel to assure continuity.
