Flint & Walling is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who will report to the Director of Engineering and be responsible for daily production support, new project launches, and equipment development, while initiating and implementing process improvements. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply and discuss in interview.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assembly line support as required to address manufacturing concerns
• Design of tools and fixtures required for production
• Project team member for new product launch
• Recommendation and acquisition of required manufacturing equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Support and achieve continuous improvement efforts by:
* Assembly line layouts and productivity of operator efficiencies
* Improve production thru-put, identify process improvements
* Develop and improve use of perishable tooling supplies

Education & Experience:

• 4-year degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• 5-years of support within Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
