Job Description:
Foley Products Company is a leading manufacturer of concrete pipe and precast products in the southeast. Based in Columbus, GA the company employees 400 employees across four states (GA, AL, TN and FL) and we continue to grow our footprint in the market. We are currently recruiting to fill production labor positions for our recently acquired plant in Cantonment, FL - Southeastern Pipe.
Production Labor responsibilities:
- operate a variety of equipment
- perform construction and maintenance related work
- operation of light, medium and heavy equipment like forklift, loader, etc.
- operation of various hand and power tools
- stripping and cleaning concrete forms, shovels and equipment
- form setup, pouring concrete, finishing
- cut, bend, place and tie steel rebar
- prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
- maintain good housekeeping and safety regulations

Qualifications (Education/Experience) and Required Skills
- Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
- concrete, construction or wetcast experience preferred
- Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
- Good attendance and positive attitude a must
- Ability and willingness to learn and be trained
- Able to speak and comprehend basic English
- Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
- Ability to Problem Solve
