Badger State Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing company that is looking for a Manufacturing Associate in the Oshkosh area. The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Associate position will have a positive attitude and a great work ethic.

Manufacturing Associate Job Responsibilities include:
- Accurately grab and move materials to proper locations as needed per pick tickets
- Correctly document information on pick tickets
- Use the appropriate tools and processes to move materials such as side-loader, forklift, crane, and others
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear.
- You will be on the move: standing, walking, sitting, using your hands to handle/feel/reach, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling are all going to happen
- May need to manually lift materials up to 75lbs occasionally
- Package materials to be shipped
- Unload and load materials onto delivery trucks
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with various duties as needed or directed
- Complete required training
Manufacturing Associate Job Qualifications include:
- Ability to utilize common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and prepare and interpret bar graphs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
