As a Manager, Principal Consultant you will be responsible for providing quality work products on customer engagements while managing a small team of consultants and have a broad understanding of Revenue Cycle solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. As a member of the CommunityWorks Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, on budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle Health and third-party vendors to ensure delivery. You will create and manage an overall project plan for the XR, RRD, and Core solutions. You will help drive implementation by providing motivation and direction to team members. You will complete your role, largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 8 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 4 years of consulting experience
- At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience
- At least 1 year of engagement/team leadership experience
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- XR/RRD solution knowledge
Expectations
- Must live or be willing to relocate to an already virtually location; preferred Kansas City
- Must be willing to travel up to 0-10% if needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
