The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • To follow and complete the timelines and strategic planning priorities as laid out by the approved PCTI strategic planning document.
  • Interface with all departments and PCTI and DEI Committees to evaluate current use of PCTI approaches in work with clients and within the structure of the organization and develop an implementation plan
  • Develop and implement training curricula for each program area
  • Become certified in trauma informed care
  • Lead the organization in efforts to receiving accreditation in trauma informed care through the appropriate accrediting body
  • Facilitate PCTI trainings for outside organizations
  • Work with grants and developments teams to procure funding for the initiative
  • Work with External Affairs and Communications to include PCTI in Selfhelp’s branding
  • Work with Human Resources to develop and update policies and procedures to include PCTI principles
  • Develop PCTI introduction for new employee onboarding
  • Interface with COO to review incorporation of PCTI approaches in space reconfiguration and design
  • Will assist in identifying and supporting new start up initiatives and programs to insure PCTI model is integrated
  • Adhere to organization’s standards by completing annual mandatory trainings in a timely manner on topics including – but not limited to – Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, IT Security Awareness, Compliance, OSHA, HIPAA and any other training the organization may deem necessary in regards to regulatory compliance or good business practices.
  • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
  • Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
  • Develop and track metrics that weigh the impact of the initiative

Ideal candidate must:

  • Masters’ Degree in human service field preferred; will consider Bachelors degree with experience
  • 3-5 years experience in community based organization
  • Experience building training curriculum and presenting
  • Must be proficient in Word, XL and PowerPoint
  • Problem solving abilities while multi-tasking; ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demand:

Business Office Environment with phone and computer use

Hybrid work schedule 2-3 per week in office. Travel to program locations may be required.
