Manager, TV & Video Media Job at Minted
Minted is seeking an experienced, dynamic e-commerce marketer to lead Minted’s strategic efforts in growing it’s brand awareness. As Manager, TV & Video media, you will be responsible for leading strategy across all of our video channels including Broadcast, Streaming, Programmatic etc. and growing our presence nationally. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, agencies and more, you will be a key leader in scaling our paid video efforts that deliver on our business goals
You will partner with each of the businesses’ general managers (GMs) to develop and execute strategies that achieve each category’s goals. And, you will own the creation and execution of CEO and Board-sponsored strategies to convert Minted customers across categories, increasing company-wide LTV. This highly visible, highly cross-functional role will partner across categories and functions to drive results. Just for example, you will work with Analytics to uncover customer insights; Product Marketing and merchandising teams to help build plans to communicate our breadth of assortment; and Brand to deliver personalized creative experiences that continue to elevate the Minted brand.

You Will:
- Define and plan paid strategies across TV/OTT Streaming
- Lead and oversee execution and optimization of campaigns with a focus on continuous learning to refine and elevate our media strategies
- Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs
- Manage and maintain media budgets in alignment with marketing leadership and all business stakeholders
- Own the agency relationship(s) for Video media buying
- Own new video platform/channel exploration with an eye towards expanding beyond video into other awareness channels
- Partner closely with our creative team, consumer insights, and general managers to create effective and compliant ads in this ever-changing environment
- Partner closely with our paid and brand teams to produce robust integrated marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain key relationships with leaders across Marketing, Design, Compliance, and Finance teams
You Have:
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- 8+ years managing end-to-end paid media campaigns at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand (B2C is preferred)
- 5+ years of specific experience in TV/Streaming advertising and strategy
- Experience with DRTV and TV performance attribution, including MMM and MTA
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you
- Out-of-the-box thinker ready to inspire teams to adopt new media opportunities and take on calculated risks
- A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships
