Purpose/ Summary:
Identify, implement, and manage the tools and resources required to enable KAMs as a part of the KAM Transformation. Responsible for the definition and standardization of KAM standards across OpCos. As the owner of KAM standards, this person ensures metrics tie to broader customer objectives and creates accountability to drive change.

Duties and Accountabilities:
  • Define KAM Standards by developing templates for account planning, stakeholder management, case studies, and other relevant sales content
  • Compile and analyze activity, pipeline, and sales metrics and trends to monitor success of KAM transformation
  • Advise and inform the CRM selection and implementation process to support KAMs
  • Partner with Sales to develop relevant CRM reporting and analytics function to meet KAMs needs
  • Drive adoption and increased value from new and existing sales tools and platforms
  • Assess and implement technical tools to enable KAMs (including knowledge management software, learning management software, and / or collaboration software)
  • Develop key performance indicators for sales training programs, including tools and resources to track effectiveness and financial ROI
  • Advise and review all vendor contracts for broader KAM transformation team to ensure training, tools, and resources align to KAM standards
  • Coordinate with broader KAM transformation team to align on KAM initiatives and programs and to share best practices

Minimum Requirements:
Education, Experience, & Skills requirement:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience.
    • 5+ years of work experience
    • Experience in CRM and sales enablement preferred
    • Salesforce experience preferred
