  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent education/experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading and owning cross-functional programs
  • Experience with data mining and data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access

The Amazon supply chain team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results, to create and execute the worldwide supply chain by working closely with our retail and operations partners across the globe in order to effectively manage volume flows and fullness for our fulfillment centers and delivery stations.

Amazon obsesses over customers by offering a white glove service where we deliver TVs and other items like furniture to customers’ homes. Not only do we deliver parcels, we unpack, assemble, install and sometimes even do tests, hauling away old items as needed.





Key job responsibilities
  • Lead a team of four to six Supply Chain Managers
  • Manage multiple initiatives and projects indirectly through your team
  • Work with Retail, Finance and Operations partners towards defining supply chain and operating models
  • Form cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
  • Direct work for our fulfillment center network to ensure the right placement of ASINs and ensure success of our new launches
  • Create complex models and analyzing trade off decisions to ensure the best outcome for our customers
  • Write strategy documents that clearly communicate supply chain vision to senior leadership

  • MBA or Master’s Degree in engineering, operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience conducting quantitative analysis
  • 2+ years of experience working in Supply Chain operations
  • Practical application of program management methodology including PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, or Microsoft Access
  • Proven ability to influence internal/external stakeholders without authority to adopt new processes/initiatives
  • Attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in thinking strategically and executing methodically
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Demonstrated experience owning the design, implementation, and optimization of initiatives at scale
