Position Purpose:
Note: Financial Sales Operations and/or complex Financial Analytics experience required.This role is responsible for the management and development of processes and key projects that support the business. This will include reporting, financial insight and decision-making support to the Sales & Marketing strategy team . This will occur through detailed analysis and documentation of long range financial planning, annual operating plans, new sales quota’s targets and headcount administration planning across the sales organization. This is include the management of key business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
This position is also responsible for the management and development critical business projects that support headcount planning, implementation processes, capacity and workflow planning. This work will support the overall of the sales organizations. This would include the creation and coordination day-to-day/monthly processes and the communication of those plans. In addition, this individual will lead an analyst role that will be responsible for conducting research via data mining to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc. and recommend solutions.
Key Job Activities:
1. Develop, own and manage the administration of long range, annual planning and sales target creation for all business units.
2. Design a headcount forecasting and planning process for all business units that support annual planning efforts.
3. Create standards and measurement that the support the evaluation of capacity planning and sales performance analysis,
4. Analyze key financial reports to gather critical insights that support an optimized sales organization. (price, discount, loss and new sales)
5. Performs in-depth, quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer and seller data to identify trends, measure performance, and improve our understanding of the business.
6. Propose new technical enhancements or efficiencies that coincide with and fully support the overall business.
7. Assists in efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including documenting deliverables, project planning and communication.
8. Prepares and presents monthly reporting of key performance indicators in a user friendly format for key stakeholders.
9. Identifies quality improvement initiatives by conducting scheduled meetings, and communicating with both business leaders and stakeholders to identify business challenges and improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Converts business ideas into action items and timelines for development.
10. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Operations to prepare and present sales operations data for strategic project management initiatives.
11. Leads and manage an analyst role.
Education:
Required Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
Experience (North America & LATAM):
Bachelor’s or equivalent. (Statistics, Computer Science, Finance a plus…)
Three to Ten years of recent experience in a Sales operations role, Sales Coverage, or Finance role that has directly supported Sales Teams
Experience in leading a high performing teams.
The ability to thrive working in a fast paced, changing environment and enjoy working independently and as team to build new and innovative projects that can improve the business.
Experience in financial reporting and analysis
Proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office products
Willingness to expand upon known technical skills and continually develop/learn new technical skills in support of new tools/methods
Experience in service and/or healthcare related business preferred, but not required
Legally authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Travel: Limited Travel <25%
