We’re looking for an amazing Manager, Onboard Sales and Administration to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the team of onboard Future Cruise Consultants, to lead and coach to meet financial targets as well as providing a resource for new trade/deployment and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate messaging. To be main point of contact for all hiring and scheduling for Future Cruise Consultants and Media Managers.

Responsibilities
- Primary resource for Future Cruise Consultants seeking assistance with policy clarification, procedures, or problem resolution in Polar, Siebel and all other applications. Resolve issues with relevant departments at Seattle Head Office including but not limited to Reservations, Ship inventory, Ship services, Accounting, Charters, Sales and Travel Agents.
- Manage FCC & Media Manager scheduling and assure that all ships are covered. Work closely HR Crew Scheduler to insure this is in place. Manage Talent Acquisition process & training of new FCC hires
- Deploy & monitor strategic initiatives, promotional marketing campaigns, and Marketing Collateral at the direction of the Director of Future Cruise & Shorex. Liaise with Sr. Manager of Onboard Marketing to assure that sales materials onboard are on brand
- Manage/coach team to assure their performance meets business objectives including performance management, training, progressive discipline
- Review & audit FCC monthly incentive pay program
- Respond to escalated calls and other contacts from direct consumers, Personal Cruise Consultants (PCC), travel advisors or co-workers regarding complaint resolution and booking problems
- Routinely communicate booking policy and procedure updates to staff including promotional campaigns. Maintain policies in SharePoint & Global Hess
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years onboard or shoreside cruise operations or equivalent experience, within the cruise or hospitality industry
- Previous Onboard Sales and ship experience is a plus
- Business analytics and reporting
- Business or systems operations
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Holland America products, policies, and systems.
- Demonstrated ability and competence using Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products, Seibel experience helpful and extensive knowledge of POLAR
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with changing priorities
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
- Previous planning experience is a plus
- 1+ years previous supervisory or managerial experience
- Able to work to either EST or PST business hours however due to the nature of many of our voyage closes, should be available for urgent business needs which may occur out of normal business hours

- Base Salary Range: $83,200.00 to $112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
