About the Manager Position
Provides the support and assistance to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to achieve skills necessary to live independently within the community and to create conditions within the homes to facilitate growth and self-awareness.
The Manager of Community Home Services is responsible for supervision and oversight of the Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in the assigned Community Homes. The Manager plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall delivery of services in accordance with current federal, state, and program standards, guidelines and regulations as well as organizational policy and procedure. The Manager also recommends changes that would improve services performed.

- Participates when assigned in developing company Strategic Plans; participates as a management team member in fulfilling the organization’s Strategic Plan.
About the Hours:
This position is primarily first shift, however a lot of flexibility is needed. During times of staffing issues, call-offs, the needs of the program increases in demand, etc. this position will be required to provide the hands-on supports and services to the people who receive our services. This position requires some on-call responsibilities.
