MidAmerica Productions, Inc. (MAP) and MidAm International, Inc. (MIDAM) in NYC announce an opening for a digital and social media specialist to have a position with an organization that will celebrate its 40th season of concerts in 2023, and has produced and presented more than 1,600 concerts world-wide, including almost 660 in historic Carnegie Hall, as well as music tours and residencies in Honolulu, Vienna/Salzburg, Florence/Verona, Paris, Prague/Berlin, Lisbon/Porto, Warsaw/Krakow, London/Oxford and with the International Festival of the Aegean on the Island of Syros, Greece. The Founder and General Music Director of MidAmerica Productions and MidAm International is Peter Tiboris.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
*Creation of MAP and MIDAM's overall social media strategy.
*Creation of all graphic designs, posters, fliers for Carnegie Hall and MIDAM International residencies.
*Creation and management of programs for all concerts annually
(Carnegie Hall Playbills and programs for all MIDAM International residencies).
*Creation of all advertisements printed in various industry publications (ACDA Choral Journal and The Instrumentalist for example).
*Management of all company websites and social media with an existing in-house web specialist.

Qualifications:
*A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in music is necessary to be considered; a graduate degree in music or graphics is preferred.
*Minimum 5-7 years of documented work experience with regard to graphic design and social media management.
*Exceptional writing skills.
*Creative and forward-thinking.

Appointment Details:
This is a full-time appointment beginning January 3, 2023. Starting salary $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience, background and potential. Two weeks paid vacation provided after the first six months of employment. Bonuses and raises are dependent on employment assessment and evaluation. MidAmerica Productions operates largely remotely; however, some work in NYC during concert weekends will occur. Additional compensation will be provided plus expenses.
