In this role, you will be able to engage with forward-thinking health systems to implement data-driven programs to improve our members' lives.


As a Manager, Network Management, you will:

  • Manage all associated provider contracting and deployment of Clover's flagship technology platform, the Clover Assistant, to Primary Care Providers.
  • Formulate engagement and contracting strategies for Medicare Advantage and other Medicare value-based programs.
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with providers and stakeholders.
  • Lead development and execution of network build strategy throughout identified markets.
  • Lead all contracting negotiations with the full provider network, i.e. hospitals, specialists, and ancillaries.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of key health system partnerships.
  • Manage network contracting and engagement staff.
  • Lead performance analysis by finding opportunities to improve networks and agreements
  • Handle contract implementations and assess overall performance to improve overall value, growth, outcomes, and financial performance.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have Five (5) plus years of experience in Medicare Advantage contracting with Hospitals, Physicians, and Ancillary providers in the Georgia or South Carolina market
  • You have a solid analytical and quantitative background.
  • You have well-developed leadership skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and motivate others.
  • Experience in network management, provider contracting, and/or managed care. (experience in the Georgia market is preferred)
  • You have a proven understanding of provider contract options, healthcare economics, and competitors' practices and can grasp both clinical and business concepts.
  • You have experience leading and managing cross-functional teams against monthly targets and broader strategic goals.
  • You have to experience negotiating varied managed care contracts to improve overall performance, flexing details quickly based on real-time conversations.
  • You can create buy-in and drive action across a broad set of collaborative team members.
  • You significantly understand healthcare topics, such as claims processing, EHRs, medical billing and coding, and physician reimbursement models.
  • MBA/MPH preferred.
