We look to promote 75% of our Above Restaurant Leaders internally, meaning we're invested in YOU and will provide you with all of the tools and training you'll need to be successful.

Responsibilities - Post completion of our 6-8 week training program, Managers oversee all aspects of the business in their assigned locations including but not limited to

• Recruiting, hiring, and training Team Members
• Developing future leaders with strong focus on succession planning
• Scheduling according to business needs, operating with attention to food and labor controllable
• Meeting/exceeding store cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Proactively assessing and driving key performance metrics
• Inspiring a culture of great guest service and community engagement

Qualifications

• Proven long-term success in a managerial role with experience in food service or other related fields (QSR preferred)
• Robust leadership qualities and strong desire to develop a team of leaders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong business/financial acumen

*Sign-on bonus eligible through 12/31/2022; paid out quarterly over 1 year upon completion of training
