Summary/General Job Description/Mission:
Manage and direct the Manufacturing Engineering team at the Vibrantz King of Prussia facility with the goal of continually improving all aspects of the site’s manufacturing process and quality programs.

Summary/General Job Description/Mission:
Manage and direct the Manufacturing Engineering team at the Vibrantz King of Prussia facility with the goal of continually improving all aspects of the site’s manufacturing process and quality programs.
Responsibilities Related to the Job:
- Provide engineering and technical expertise for all Paste, Tape, Powder, and Vehicle operations
- Facilitate and manage all Six Sigma projects
- Facilitate and lead the Stage and Gate process for the KOP site
- Execute Stage 3 scale-up activities for all products
- Facilitate operational alignment with lean process initiatives (Engineering responsible for Lean Projects)
- Responsible for managing BOM and maintaining the current costing model
- Assist with Managing technical issues and reporting requirements with Customers, Suppliers, and for Internal requirements
- Provide engineering/technical expertise with products, equipment, and processes
- Coordinate and report on activities of the Manufacturing Engineering Group
- Assist with preparing and executing capital projects on time and on budget
- Recommend methods and materials for the improvement of manufacturing capabilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Build, develop and lead an engineering team that is capable of meeting and supporting the site goals
- Responsible for the selection, training, promotion, and remuneration of assigned personnel and/or team
- Conduct Performance Evaluations of the assigned personnel and/or team, with the aim of guiding to excellence in efficiency goals, providing resources, improving skills, and/or providing professional development
- Maintain compliance with Vibrantz Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety other regulations
- Act according to Vibrantz Values & Behaviors
- MS Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience that includes 5 or more years as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer.
- An MBA degree is desirable.
- Six Sigma certification
- Minimal – Typically < 10%.
- Job Knowledge: Understands duties & responsibilities, expert in technology & products, keeps knowledge current
- Project Management Establishes project goals, timelines, and resources. Directs work to meet deadlines
- Problem Solving/Analysis: Uses knowledge and tools to troubleshoot technical issues, solve complex problems
- Technical Skills: Expert in EPM products and technology, Strong people skills, and motivational capability.
