We are a medical and recreational dispensary seeking an outstanding individual for a full time position in the Longmont area. We are looking for the right person that can start as a Lead, Assistant Manager, or CO-Manager Position. We plan to promote our current GM to a Regional role and are willing to train the right applicant into the new General Store Manager Role.

Responsibilities and Duties

AVAILABLE POSITION: General Manager, Assistant Manager, Lead Budtender, Customer Service

FULL-TIME (40 hours, Your schedule MUST be flexible. WEEKENDS & EVENINGS are MANDATORY.)

Qualifications and Skills

Must be highly organized, thorough, and able to multitask. Computer and general office skills required. Experience with MS Office, LeafLogix, and Metrc go to the front of the line. Budtenders must have knowledge about strains, genetics, growing, concentrates, edibles etc. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to handle high volume, high stress environments.... with a smile : ) Prefer someone with experience that can quickly move into an opener/closer/lead role. Move into Assistant Manager role, then GM if it's the right fit. Prefer leadership experience. Willing to train the right employee with substantial relevant experience if availability is flexible and previous positions easily transfer.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
