Job Description:

The Front of House Manager directs dine-in and traditional theaters operations. They are also responsible for coordinating events and strategizing ways to minimize labor while maximizing sales to achieve LOOK Cinemas goals. The Managers may be responsible for overseeing other specific business functions. This might include (but would not be not limited to) hiring, scheduling, associate development and training, ordering and inventory management, facilities maintenance, and marketing. Our managers have a goal of creating a professional and safe work environment that gives everyone the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all Team Members satisfy all LOOK Cinemas guest service standards
• Performing daily opening, closing, operational and administrative duties
• Ensuring proper staffing in each area
• Assisting with hiring, training, and appropriately disciplining associates
• Scheduling and achieving labor targets
• Working effectively with team members, guests, vendors, and corporate agents
• Listening, communicating, and working to resolve any concerns
• Delivering timely results with minimal supervision
• Maintaining regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts
• All other functions as designated by the General Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience
• Ability to obtain any required Manager Safe Serve Certification
• Ability to manage ordering, receiving, invoicing and inventory procedures
• Computer skills preferred, Office Tools and scheduling software
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of all Team player functions
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
