Manager Consumer Lending Sales Job at Clearview Federal Credit Union
OBJECTIVE
Oversee, coordinate, and manage lending and/or support activities in alignment with department goals and objectives. Model Clearview’s cultural, community engagement, and communication expectations. Provide supervisory support for team members across lending disciplines. Seek additional business, system efficiencies, and process improvements. Coach and mentor team members to help improve performance and output. Represent Clearview Federal Credit Union at community and volunteer events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years advanced production or related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking, and follow through skills
- Superior adaptability and works well under pressure
- Exceptional PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Production and process management – 70%
- Working manager responsible for supporting production targets, managing a single business unit or team
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Provide 1st Tier escalation assistance to members and employees, overseeing and working together to achieve positive outcomes for the stakeholders
- Consult with management on performance evaluations and deliver spot coaching as necessary
- Position specific requirements may be appended as necessary
- Monitor the external environment to identify ways to better serve Clearview Members
- Update forms and processes to adapt to changing business needs
- As a leader, work with team members to improve production, increase knowledge, and better serve Clearview members, always displaying the FACTS in Action
- Support community engagement initiatives through participation and event coordination
